Mansfield & Associates was founded in 1987 with the goal of delivering outstanding passive candidate research and executive search services to help companies find the perfect talent to fill their management and executive positions. We know that research is the key to the best talent.
Our firm has experience in numerous industries including financial services, retail, healthcare, biotech, engineering, construction, research, insurance, consumer products, legal and consulting services. We have conducted searches for high level, hard to find individual contributors, managers, directors, vice presidents and C-level positions within operations, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, IT, legal, sourcing, and general management.
Our History
Throughout Mansfield & Associates’ history, we have always focused on understanding our clients’ needs. We provide quick response time and record-breaking ability to fill searches, continuous client communication with supporting status reports, boutique agility with large firm experience, and services that save not only customer’s time but money.
We continue to stay abreast with new technology and social media that keep us current with recruiting trends. In addition, our founder continues to speak to international groups regarding trends in search and the need to stay ahead of competition.
Mansfield & Associates has added partners throughout the years due to rapid growth. In 2010, we opened a Minnesota based operation. Plans for 2011 include opening a European operation which will serve Western, Central and Eastern Europe including North Africa and the Middle East. This will allow Mansfield & Associates to continue to enhance their excellence in International search for both U.S. based corporations and international firms.
