Regional Director, Central Europe
Judit is an inspiring and passionate business leader and senior consultant with hands-on experience in the corporate, governmental and the non-profit sectors. She started her career in a multinational environment. As CEO of the Hungarian subsidiary of a US-based multinational corporation and serving as a senior executive in international management teams she gained expertise in delivery of global training programs, financing and managing complex, decentralized, multicultural organizations and building high performance international teams.
By adopting western business values and practices but understanding important cultural differences between East and West, she has been succeeding as the managing partner of a business consultancy providing tailor-made services in the areas of strategic advising, business development and change management. Beyond helping companies find strategic alliances and make strategic decisions she has been provided services for NGOs, civil organizations and performing arts organizations, building strength in their marketing, strategic planning and developing, coordinating their grant making activities. She developed deep knowledge in managing international multi-functional projects serving as senior program director of the European eHealth Program.
Judit’s experience in various business fields and geographical areas, her ’C’ level network, as well as her strong customer oriented approach bring an additional value to every search engagement in the Central European Region; she has a proven ability to very quickly understand an organization at its core and then identify management talent that is best suited to that client’s culture and goals.
She added to her international perspective through education earning a Master’s Degree in Economics (Academic Field: International Relations) from a leading Hungarian University, an MBA from the German European Business School and she is a Harvard Business School alumnus (Advanced Management Program 177).
She speaks fluent English and German in addition to her native Hungarian. As a volunteer and Chairwoman of NGOs she works passionate for international development issues. She also works as mentor in the Hungarian Templeton Program.
